AI in Action
AI in Action shows what happens when off-the-shelf tools don't fit and we build the one that does, with a person signing off.
Acusensus: each saving on the record.
In 2026, the Australian road safety company Acusensus put its product, operations and engineering teams through our program. Each saving went into the Navigatr Portal and finance approved it at the time, rather than estimating later.
We set up governance their risk team could approve, trained every level, and grew Navigators across the business. Within 120 days the first tools were in production: SalesAI drafting tenders, AI-supported dashboards replacing manual HR reports, and automated reporting across operations.
- Production within 120 days of kickoff
- SalesAI drafting tenders, finished by their team
- A clean security record throughout
- Each saving linked to a role and approved by finance
The systems nobody was selling.
Grocery group: The weekly close used to mean printing, ticking and re-keying. Now orders, deliveries and bills are matched on one screen, and every mismatch becomes a job with an owner. See how we build
Advisory firm: Their own playbook, turned into a team of agents for research, strategy, communications and proposals. A person signs off everything.
SalesAI: Built because tender teams needed it and nothing on the market did the job. Now a product in its own right. SalesAI
Ask where your business runs on workarounds between systems. The part that takes longest to explain is where a build changes most.
